A Level 3 violation report against IX Broker has been received and confirmed. This broker, promoted by the owner of Aaron Broker, has committed serious violations of forex industry regulations and has been blacklisted.
On April 17, 2025, IX Broker suspended a client’s trading account under the false allegation of “arbitrage” and confiscated $5,250 from their balance. Technical investigations conducted demonstrate that this accusation was completely unfounded, with no arbitrage activity occurring in the alleged accounts.
The client had no trading activity from April 3 to April 14 following a margin call, and only resumed trading after receiving a promotional email from the broker offering a 50% bonus. During this client’s trading period, no simultaneous activity occurred in any other account that the broker claimed was connected.
Expert analysis reveals that IX Broker lacks any valid regulatory licenses. The broker suffers from major technical deficiencies, including the absence of standard trading platforms and provision of services solely through their website in a non-standard manner.
Documentation provided by the broker to prove violations only showed management of two accounts from one location, a matter previously disclosed to and accepted by the broker’s support team. None of these documents indicate any arbitrage activity.
