Privacy Policy IECEN Economic Calendar Extension

What this extension does

Replaces your Chrome New Tab page with a Jalali calendar, forex economic calendar events, and bookmarks.

Data we collect and store

On your device only (Chrome storage):

• Bookmarks you add (site name and URL)
• Your selected background theme
• A cached API access token used to load calendar events

We do not collect: your name, email, browsing history, location, health data, or payment information.

Data sent over the network

• Forex Factory API (requests.forexfactory.live): requests event data using a service API account. Standard server logs (e.g. IP address) may apply on the server side.
• Google Favicon service: when showing bookmark icons, the bookmark domain is sent to Google’s public favicon API. Google’s privacy policy applies to that request.

Data sharing

We do not sell user data. Bookmark data is not uploaded to IECEN servers. We do not use your data for advertising profiling or unrelated purposes.

Chrome Sync

If you use Chrome Sync, your theme preference may sync across your devices via Google’s sync service.
